PINZLER Lux uses personal data in the framework of the execution of an employment contract in order to interact with the employees and to communicate.

If there is not an employment contract, PINZLER Lux uses the data in order to answer to your expectations.

The main recipient of your personal data is PINZLER Lux.

 

All our subcontractors are established  in the European Union and are in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our IT subcontractor takes care of maintenance and assistance.

No data is transferred.

The data is stored on a local server in Luxembourg.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as required by law.

Concerning the hiring:

PINZLER Lux uses your personal information further to an application ;  all the data  should be erased as soon as the post is filled.

However in case of particular interests (for instance a planned hiring for the same job) your data will be stored for a period of not more than two years.

We adopt physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
